Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC (“Flagship”) is providing this California Privacy Notice pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It applies to consumers who are California residents, as defined in 18 California Code of Regulation §17014.

To designate an authorized agent to make these requests on the consumer’s behalf, submit a copy of the California Secretary of State registration, authorizing the designated agent to act on the consumer’s behalf.
Listed below are the categories of personal information subject to the CCPA that Flagship has collected about California consumers in the preceding 12 months, and the third parties to which Flagship has disclosed such information in the preceding 12 months.

Flagship does not sell to third parties any personal information subject to the CCPA, and it has not sold such information in the preceding 12 months. Additionally, Flagship does not sell personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. For these reasons, Flagship does not provide a mechanism for California consumers to opt-out of the sale of their personal information.
Under the CCPA, Flagship is not required to delete the categories of personal information shown above. Thus, Flagship does not provide a mechanism for California consumers to request such information to be deleted from Flagship’s records or the records of third party service providers.
Pre-Collection Notice. The purpose of this pre-collection notice is to inform California consumers, at or before the time Flagship collects personal information, of the categories of personal information to be collected from them and the purposes for which such categories of personal information will be used.

Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information. The purpose of this notice of right to opt-out of sale of personal information is to inform California consumers of their right to direct Flagship to stop selling their personal information (“opt-out”). However, Flagship does not, and will not, sell any personal information subject to the CCPA, therefore, it does not provide a mechanism for California consumers to opt-out.
Notice of Financial Incentive. The purpose of this notice of financial incentive is to explain to California consumers each financial incentive Flagship may offer in exchange for the retention or sale of a California consumer’s personal information. Flagship does not offer financial incentives for this purpose.
