Federal and state laws require certain information and disclosures to be provided to you in “writing” (typically physical paper copies). With your consent we can deliver required information and disclosures to you in electronic form. This document describes our use of electronic records and signatures to enable us to provide you the requested vehicle sale/purchase and related finance services. Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly, and if you can access this information electronically to your satisfaction and agree to these terms and conditions, please confirm your agreement by continuing forward with your application by clicking the “Create account” button.
In this document the following definitions apply: “you” and “your” means the individual who is submitting information to Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC (“Flagship”). “We”, “us” and “our” means Flagship and any person, company, partners, or affiliate or any assignee of Flagship’s rights.
By checking the “Create account” button,” you agree and consent to electronically receive all communications, agreements, records, documents, notices, disclosures, and signatures (all together, the “Communications”) for this transaction. Communications include, but are not limited to:
We will provide these Communications to you by delivering them to you in the Flagship Auto Refinance website, DocuSign website, or if you become a customer, posting them to your online profile on the Flagship Credit Acceptance Customer Account Management Portal website at https://my.flagshipcredit.com.
You confirm you are able to access the electronic signature service and all of the documents provided to you in electronic form. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use for the electronic signature. You may also print the document and return to us via email at Hello@flagshipcredit.com or mail to: Flagship Auto Refinance, Attn: Direct Lending, 1234 Lakeshore Dr Ste 300, Coppell, TX 75019.
You can download your documents and agreement or access these documents in your Flagship Auto Refinance account under the Documents folder, via the DocuSign website (NOTE: A copy of the final executed documents will also be emailed to you), or if you become a customer, you can download your documents in your Flagship Credit Acceptance Customer Account Management Portal under Inbox.
You understand that in order to access and retain electronic Communications you will need the following:
If you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add Hello@flagshipcredit.com to your email address book or permitted senders.
You have the right to receive any Communication in physical paper form. You may request paper copies of any Communication within 180 days of the date we deliver the Communication or make it available to you; we will provide them to you by U.S. mail at no charge. To request paper copies and/or withdraw consent for electronic Communications you can contact us in writing, either by email at Hello@flagshipcredit.com or mail to: Flagship Auto Refinance, Attn: Direct Lending, 1234 Lakeshore Dr Ste 300, Coppell, TX 75019.
Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process the withdrawal. You understand and agree that if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications, we may not be able to continue to offer you our products and/or services and thus we may, though we are not obligated to, cancel your transaction and/or Flagship subscription/account.
You must keep your email address current. Advise us of any changes to your email information. You can change your email address by signing into your Flagship account at any time. You can also do this by contacting us in writing, either by email at Hello@flagshipcredit.com or mail to: Flagship Auto Refinance, Attn: Direct Lending, 1234 Lakeshore Dr Ste 300, Coppell, TX 75019. In the body of such request, you must state: your previous email address and your new email address.
By your consent you agree that electronic Communications shall have the same meaning and effect as if we provided paper Communications to you. When we send you an email or other electronic notification alerting you that a Communication is available electronically and we do in fact make it available online or in electronic format, then you shall be deemed to have effectively received that Communication whether or not you choose to view the Communication, unless you had previously withdrawn your consent to receive electronic Communications as set forth above. You understand and agree that Communications are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time we post them to our website or your account or within 24 hours of the time emailed to you, unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered to you.
